Change in Social Media

Take about change.  I was introduced to Facebook about a year ago and really just used it to stay in touch with some family and a few friends.  It seems 2009 is going to be the year of Social Networking online.  That buzzword has been thrown around so much in this past month it’s incredible.  I started blogging in August of last year and am doing so more frequently now.  My Facebook is updated on a regular basis but the greatest surprise is Twitter.  Networking on steroids!  I have never seen anything grow this fast online.  The best part of all this is that I am caught up in the frenzy of connecting with so many people, it’s becoming a distraction to what I normally do during the day.  I find myself opening Twitterrific on my iPhone whenever I get a chance.

Can all these people really be interested in what I am doing or what I have to say?  I think it’s amazing and as you can see I’m totally taken by all this.

What a great way to get a message out to so many people that in a sense are friends or at the very least are connected

If you follow some of the new age teachings, we are all connected.  The energy that flows around and through us connects each and every one of us.  The internet is doing this now in physical form, yes I know its cyber space but it’s in a material or physical way … I wonder if that makes sense.

This is a platform to get our positive message out to the universe, spread good news and touch someone’s life in a positive way.  Help others in this journey of ours.  At the end of the day we lose nothing and gain everything by helping others grow.

I look forward to hearing from you as you share your experiences.

I have started opening up about some of mine and I hope you find some interest and also comfort in knowing you are not alone.
So its Super Bowl weekend and the weather here in Southern California is amazing and people will be getting together this weekend for quite a few parties. Here is a fun link showing you what some celebrities are planning.
Super Bowl Parties Let’s enjoy this weekend regardless of where we are geographically and make a point to touch someone’s life in a positive way.

What ‘thing’ do you believe in?
