Dr. Michael Newton in his book Journey of Souls talked about the afterlife and what it would be like and how we all live multiple lives.  He said that one thing that happens after we reach the spiritual realm is that we get to review the life we just lived like a movie. We get to see everything we did and the lessons learned.  Aside from anything else, I thought it was a great analogy of how we can view our current lives.

What if we are all in a movie and we are cast into each other’s script.  All the movies are being filmed at the same time.  They overlap each other and my scene plays into your scene.  One scene in which I am the main character plays a part in another movie where I’m playing a supporting role or an unknown cast member of crew.

Think of what this does to our paradigm of how we live our lives!  Everything is interconnected.  We are all connected. At some level we are all there to support each other in completing this journey (movie) so that we get the most from this life.

In a scene where I am killed by a best friend, someone plays the part of learning what it is like to take a human life and be imprisoned.  I needed to die in order to make that happen. Or another scene is where a child dies and how it affects us depends on what role we played in the child’s movie.  The impact of this on the parents and how they individually deal with it, affects each person in their life and plays out for them in their own personal movies.

Do you begin to see the impact of this?  It puts things in perspective to some degree.

There is a movie that I love watching over and over because it plays into what I have learned over the years about how we live our life and how we are connected … souls seeking out their counterparts to complete their own journeys.

The movie is called A Winter’s Tale (Worth watching or owning so you can watch it several times) but it is chalk full of quotes.  It opens with this: “Destiny calls to each of us. And there is a world behind the world where we are all connected, all part of a great and moving plan. Magic is everywhere around us. You just have to look. Look. Look closely. For even time and distance are not what they appear to be.”  … “nothing has been without purpose. Nothing. What if we are all part of a great pattern that we may someday understand? And one day, when we have done what we alone are capable of doing, we get to rise up and reunite with those we have loved the most, forever embraced”

You are in my movie and play an important role just by reading this.  I am in your move now as well.  You see, there is a ripple effect to everything we do.  A simple choice, one word, one decision not only moves us in a specific direction but has an impact on everything and everyone around us.  Perhaps even those we do not see or may never know.  Imagine viewing our lives from 60,000 feet.  It’s a whole different perspective versus what we see at ground level.

Maybe I am stretching thigs a bit.  I don’t know.  I’d like to believe there is more to life than what we see in front of us.  I know there is.  There is an awakening taking place globally and we will soon reach a critical mass or a tipping point.  Things will change … for the better.  I believe this.  I know my movie is still being filmed and I have so many more scenes to play out.  I am not done casting yet either.  What role will you play in my life (movie)?  Regardless, check what scene you are on in your own movie and make sure you play to win the Oscar.
